How we handle your personal data
We collect personal data only when you choose to share it through a form on this site or when you use a portal we operate on behalf of a client. We never collect data through hidden means or sell personal data to third parties.
Data you share through the Contact form is stored in our database with encryption at rest and strict access controls. We log every read and write of records that contain personal data. We keep contact submissions while the relationship is active and delete them when they are no longer needed for the stated purpose.
For portals we operate on behalf of clients, we act as a processor following the client controller instructions. The applicable DPA governs those relationships. We apply the same security controls regardless of whether we act as controller or processor.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and in some cases port your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw marketing consent at any time and to object to certain processing. Use the Contact form and choose Security and privacy to make any data request.
